Practical Details
I offer individual therapy for adult women who are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply stretched too thin.
This is a space to slow down, untangle what feels heavy, and begin rebuilding steadiness in a way that respects your limits.
Many of the women I work with are:
• Used to being the strong one
• Holding everything together on the outside
• Quietly exhausted on the inside
• Navigating caregiving, parenting, or major life transitions
• Tired of minimizing their own needs
You don’t have to be in crisis to begin therapy.
You just have to be ready for something to shift.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered in-person in Marietta and virtually across Georgia.
My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and nervous-system–aware practices. We work collaboratively — combining practical tools with deeper insight — so change feels sustainable rather than overwhelming.
Therapy here is steady, thoughtful, and grounded.
There’s no pressure to perform or have everything figured out.
• Burnout and chronic stress
• Anxiety and overthinking
• Caregiving fatigue
• Parenting neurodiverse children
• Life transitions and identity shifts
• Reconnecting with yourself after difficult seasons
You don’t need a perfectly defined goal before starting.
We’ll clarify that together.
