Thinking about therapy? Let’s talk.

If you're feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or not quite ready to commit, this is simply a place to ask questions and talk things through.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step — especially when you’re already tired, overwhelmed, or carrying a lot.

Many people schedule a consultation not because they’re in crisis, but because they want clarity, reassurance, or a chance to talk before deciding anything.

Many women who schedule a consultation begin by saying,
“I’m not in crisis… I just feel tired of carrying everything.”

Or,

“I don’t even know if this is a big enough problem for therapy.”

They’re still functioning. Still showing up.
They’ve just been strong for a long time — and don’t want to keep doing it alone.

You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve support.

What the consultation actually is:

  • About 15 minutes — brief and focused

  • A conversation, not an intake

  • No pressure to have a clear goal

  • A chance to ask questions and see if working together feels like a fit

What it is NOT:

  • Not a commitment to therapy

  • Not paperwork-heavy

  • Not a sales call

What happens after:

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps.
If it doesn’t, I’ll help point you toward other options.
Either way, there’s no pressure to move forward — this is just a conversation.

If scheduling feels like too much right now, you’re welcome to reach out through the contact page instead.
