Social Media Policy


Rise Gently Therapy maintains a presence on social media (such as Instagram and Facebook) for general information, education, and community support. These accounts are not a substitute for therapy and are not monitored for clinical or emergency use. For your privacy, please do not share personal health information through comments or direct messages. Following or interacting with Rise Gently Therapy on social media does not create a therapist–client relationship. If you are an existing client, all communication should take place through the secure client portal or during scheduled sessions.

Payment & Cancellation Policy


All sessions are private pay and payment is due at the time of service. Rise Gently Therapy accepts credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards through SimplePractice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for clients who need them.
