A soft place to land, a gentle way to rise.

You’ve carried so much for so long. Here, you’re allowed to rest, reconnect, and begin to rise again — gently, and on your own terms.

Ready to take the next step? Let’s connect.

About Rise Gently Therapy

At Rise Gently Therapy, you’ll find a compassionate space where you're allowed to slow down, speak freely, and feel supported — without pressure or pretense.

I’m Elizabeth Ainsworth, a therapist, mom, caregiver, and woman who knows firsthand how heavy life can feel when you’re always the one holding it all together.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, parenting a neurodiverse child, caregiving for aging loved ones, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, I’m here to help you reconnect with who you are — not just who you care for.

With a background in social work and deep lived experience in caregiving, healing, and rebuilding after hardship, I bring an approach that’s as gentle as it is empowering. Together, we’ll move at your pace — toward calm, clarity, and self-trust.

In addition to individual therapy, I sometimes offer support groups for women navigating burnout, caregiving, and life transitions. While no groups are currently active, I may offer one this fall if there’s interest — and I welcome you to reach out if you’d like to be notified when that begins.

This is your soft place to land. Let's help you rise.

How can I support you?

Life can feel heavy when you’re constantly showing up for everyone else. Therapy gives you space to pause, be seen, and reconnect with yourself.

At Rise Gently Therapy, I offer individual therapy for women who are burned out, anxious, or navigating seasons of caregiving, transition, or emotional overwhelm.
